Can i return my purchased product if defects are found?
During the delivery of products, both consumer and deliveryman will check the product for defects. Thereby, the consumer and deliveryman will reach a mutual agreement on the possibility of an exchange of the product on the spot.

Yes. Negotiations and special inquiries such as this should be mentioned upon the order of the product. An additional fee of SGD$10 will be charged.

Yes. Do state your choice of meeting place. We will compromise on most convenient meetin spot. A SGD$10 charge my be charged depending on the convenience of the venue of meeting.

1. Cash on delivery. 2. A written cheque. The account number will be provided when the order is confirmed.

I have a particular product in mind but you do not have in your store. Can I make a special purchase request from you?
Certainly so. Do provide the model number or product serial code in your email. If you are unsure of the details, try attaching a picture with a description of the product (colour, size, brand). I'll try my best to get the product and get back to you regarding its availability.
